We design and construct the following assets; power generation, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water and wastewater treatment plans and water pipelines.

The Opportunity
As an Environmental Advisor, you will support project leadership teams in implementing Environmental Management Plans, providing practical environmental guidance, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with environmental approvals, legislative requirements, and industry best practice. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, stakeholders, and environmental specialists to maintain high environmental standards and drive positive project outcomes
This role is on a 2:1 roster, Drive-In-Drive-Out from Perth
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Work Package Environmental Management Plans (WPEMPs).
- Provide environmental advice to project teams throughout project delivery.
- Review subcontractor Environmental Management Plans, procedures, and compliance activities.
- Assist with environmental approvals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring activities.
- Deliver environmental training and site inductions.
- Support incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Maintain environmental records and performance reporting.
- Contribute to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements to be successful:
- Degree qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
- Environmental management experience within construction, water utilities, infrastructure, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience working within ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Auditing experience.
- Strong reporting, database, spreadsheet, and document management skills.
