About the Role

• Completing a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations
• Participating in structured training and assessment
• Learning to operate mining equipment in a production environment
• Following site safety procedures and operational requirement
• Working alongside experienced operators and trainers
• Contributing to production activities within a high-performing team

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in civil operating or farming desirable
• Strong and stable work history
• Commitment to building a long-term career in mining
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to successfully complete:
  • Standard 11
  • Coal Board Medical
  • Pre-employment Medical
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Must reside within 200km of Hail Creek, including:
  • Moranbah
  • Mackay
  • Airlie Beach
  • Nebo
  • Surrounding areas
• Availability to attend an Assessment Centre in Mackay on Monday 14 September from 9:00am to 3:00pm
