Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Entry Level Engineer to support a major project through both its planning and execution phases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing engineer to gain hands-on experience across multiple project functions while working with a highly respected industry leader.
You will begin in our Brisbane office, assisting with planning and preparation before transitioning to site for project execution.
Planning Phase: Early April start | Brisbane office | Monday–Friday
Execution Phase: Mobilise mid-May | Site-based | 2/2 roster
In this role, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to work pack development, support project controls, and assist with documentation and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Support and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
- Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
- Support tender submissions and execution phases.
- Coordinate work pack reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with project requirements.
- Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.
What you will bring
- Australian recognised tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Experience working in an on-site engineering position, servicing the resources sector (graduate or early-career experience welcomed).
- Strong, clear written and technical skills.
- Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
