Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training across technology suites to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing capability uplift for staff through structured and supportive training programs
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure training aligns with service delivery needs
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of learning, safety, and inclusive practice across the team
What You’ll Bring
- Enrolled Nurse qualification with relevant clinical experience
- Confidence in delivering training or facilitating learning in a healthcare or technical environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse teams
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others to grow and succeed
