Enrolled Nurse Trainer - Patient Support Services

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training across technology suites to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing capability uplift for staff through structured and supportive training programs
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure training aligns with service delivery needs
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Promote a culture of learning, safety, and inclusive practice across the team

What You’ll Bring

• Enrolled Nurse qualification with relevant clinical experience
• Confidence in delivering training or facilitating learning in a healthcare or technical environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse teams
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others to grow and succeed
