About the Role

We are seeking several experienced Electricians to support to support our recently awarded Sample Station Project in Cape Lambert. This specialised project involves the installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems within a high-technology sample laboratory, including robotic systems. As part of our Electrical team, on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and working from diagrams, drawings and specifications
• Fault finding and electrical repairs
• Installing electrical and electronic systems and insulated cabling
• Replacing and assembling electrical and electronic components and equipment
• Splicing and terminating electrical conductors
• Installing conduits, cable ladders and other cable support systems

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for WA Electrical Licence holders who are looking to gain long term experience in a niche, state of the art, project for one of Australia's leading Mining companies. Mining project experience is highly regarded, however electricians from aligned industries are encouraged to apply. You will bring:

• WA Electrical Licence
• Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
• CPR / LVR (within 12 months)
• First Aid (within 2 years)
• Construction White Card
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and permit-to-work procedures

Highly Desirable

• Previous mining experience
• Client inductions (Rio Tinto, Fortescue, BHP, etc.)
• Instrumentation experience
• HV Switching
• PLC logic exposure
• Hazardous Areas
• Open Cablers (communications)
