About the Role
BMS Electricians M-F works with overtime (Local Perth Metro) Rate: $54.00ph + super and penalties
We are currently seeking BMS Electricians/ Technicians to join a major contractor due to newly awarded works. You'll be working with a well-established client and solid Electrical team. This is an ASAP start and is a full-time local position.
The Application Process All shortlisted personnel may be invited to attend a interview as well as complete site specific inductions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and perform electrical and control installations for mechanical systems and BMS controls.
- Oversee containment, wiring, terminations, testing, and commissioning to project standards.
- Collaborate with project engineers and supervisors to achieve schedule and quality outcomes.
- Maintain safety compliance, QA documentation, and site reporting.
- Mentor apprentices and trades assistants, promoting teamwork and quality workmanship.
- Support integration of HVAC, electrical, and automation systems within the broader project scopes.
What We're Looking For
- BMS Electricians/Technicians:
- Current A Grade Electrical license (WA) - essential
- Trade cert - essential
- Valid White Card - essential
- LVR/ CPR - essential
- First aid - essential
- Living in WA (Point of Hire)
- Driving license
- Experience with BMS, Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Have the ability to start ASAP
