Electrician - Rio

About the Role

Techforce is hiring 10 x experienced Construction Electricians for a major Rio Tinto construction project in WA. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term FIFO work through to 2027, working on a 2:1 roster with 12-hour paid shifts.

What’s on offer

• $90/hr – Day Shift
• $108/hr – Night Shift
• 12-hour shifts – all hours paid
• 2:1 FIFO roster
• Long-term project – running through to 2027
• Major Rio Tinto construction project
• Perth Point of Hire Only

Scope of Works

You’ll be involved in a range of electrical and instrumentation works, including:

• Construction electrical installation
• Project installation works
• Commissioning activities
• Instrumentation installation and works
• Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
• Working alongside construction and commissioning teams

About You

• RIO Tinto Inducted within 2 years
• Proven construction/project experience
• Previous mining or resources experience highly regarded
• Instrumentation experience advantageous
• Ability to work safely and effectively on a FIFO 2:1 roster
• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
