About the Role

  • Camp Maintenance Electricians Wanted - Moura (QLD)

  • TechForce Personnel require Camp Maintenance Electricians for ongoing FIFO/DIDO camp maintenance work at Moura (Qld) — and spots are filling fast!
  • Whether you’re a seasoned Electrician or looking to break into the mining industry for the first time, we want to hear from you!
  • No FIFO/DIDO experience? No worries — if you’ve got the right attitude and trade background, we’re willing to give you a shot!
  • Work is undertaking electrical work order repairs, complete regular inspections and testing/tagging of electrical equipment, maintaining equipment, including washing machines, kitchen appliances and other office electrical equipment.
  • Must be local to the Moura region, along with relevant experience in the commercial/residential sector.

  • What You’ll Need:
  • Australian Trade Certificate (mandatory)
  • QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
  • Coal Board Medical (must be current and valid)
  • S11 Certificate (must be current and valid)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
  • CPR/LVR (mandatory)
  • Construction White Card
  • Working at Heights & Confined Spaces
  • EWP & LF tickets highly desirable
  • Previous camp maintenance or mining experience beneficial — but not essential
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Current (6 months) National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
