The opportunity

Due to the continued growth and workload, we are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our Carrara workshop. Although initially a casual role, there is opportunity to lead to a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced, industrial factory setting, with a high functioning and collaborative team.

About You

Current QLD Electrical licence and CPR/LVR
Proven experience with industrial plant and equipment or transferable skill's
A meticulous thinker who puts safety first and takes pride in their work
Current W@H & EWP Licence (Desirable)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously
Well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

General repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing plant and equipment
Problem solving of breakdowns related to electrical issues
Testing and tagging of electrical components
Installation and rectification of general electrical components
Completing work within scheduled timeframes
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations
