Electrical Technician

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician for a site-based role in remote South Australia. This position offers an excellent FIFO lifestyle opportunity with a strong commitment to safety, development, and team culture.

Your new role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining critical infrastructure and ensuring operational reliability in a remote environment. You will be working on an 8 days on, 6 days off (8:6) FIFO roster from Adelaide, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

This role will commence on day shift, with a structured transition to night shift once you are fully competent and confident in site operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

A-Class Electrical Licence

• High Voltage (HV) Switching qualification
• Current Working at Heights certification
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence above 10 metres
• Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing certification
• Proven commitment to safety in high-risk environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously in remote settings
