About the Role

High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our Resources Team. Due to the nature of the role, the point of hire is required to be based in Perth and surrounding areas. This role is classified as a FIFO position with occasional Metro or Workshop posts as required.

What you’ll bring

• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Prior shutdowns experience advantageous
• Strong computer Literacy
• Trade Qualified Electrician / WA Electrical Licence
• HV experience preferred
• Schedule 26 preferred
• Unrestricted WA Drivers Licence
• Right to work in Australia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising Technicians, Engineers and Apprentices performing maintenance works on mine sites in the Pilbara
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Extensive involvement with work planning and scheduling
• Ability to mentor Apprentices
• Ensuring all Safety and Quality documentation is completed
• Experience in customer communications
