Electrical Supervisor

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join a high-performing project delivery team supporting major energy and infrastructure developments.
Roster: 2/1 FIFO from Perth
Start date: Early to mid July 2026
Duration: approx. 12 months - depending on client requirements
Pay Rate: $95.00 p/h + Super depending on experience
Please note that only people with relevant experience will be considered.
The Role:
This site-based FIFO position will play a critical role in the safe and efficient execution of electrical construction activities across large-scale power infrastructure projects. You will provide frontline leadership to contractors and work crews while ensuring safety, quality and schedule objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily electrical construction activities across multiple work fronts
- Coordinate and lead contractors, subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with site safety systems, procedures and permit requirements
- Conduct toolbox meetings, pre-starts and field leadership activities
- Monitor construction progress and identify risks to schedule delivery
- Coordinate isolations, access requirements and work permits
- Verify quality of completed works against drawings, specifications and standards
- Support testing, commissioning and energisation activities
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
- Drive a positive safety culture and high-performance work environment
Essential Experience:
- Electrical Trade Qualification and unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Demonstrated experience supervising electrical construction projects
- Experience within mining, industrial, power generation or renewable energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety systems and construction methodologies
- Proven contractor management and leadership capability
- Experience working in remote FIFO environments
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded
- HV Switching qualification or authorisation
- Substation construction experience
- Transmission line experience
- Solar farm or BESS project experience
- First Aid certification
- Cert IV in Leadership, Frontline Management or equivalent
