Responsibilities

The OpportunityAs Electrical Superintendent, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate electrical teams to safely deliver project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate electrical crews across installation, maintenance, testing, and repairsEnsure strict compliance with safety standards and Work ProceduresSupport incident investigations and implement corrective actionsDrive safety culture, ensuring correct PPE and safe work practicesContribute hands on when required—troubleshooting, installing, and repairing equipmentMentor and develop team members through coaching and performance managementPlan and allocate resources effectively, including scheduling and forecastingPrepare cost forecasts and align with maintenance plansBuild strong relationships with client representatives onsite

Qualifications
