This is an opportunity to play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of  project activities while leading high-performing teams across multiple sites and clients.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Electrical Superintendent will provide leadership, technical guidance and operational oversight to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site teams across project scopes.
• Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in accordance with SECA and client requirements and legislative obligations.
• Supporting workforce planning, mobilisation and resource forecasting activities.
• Driving productivity, budgets, schedule performance and cost control outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Supporting tender submissions, project planning and work pack development.
• Providing coaching and mentoring to supervisors and emerging leaders.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety and environmental requirements.

About You
This opportunity is suited to an experienced electrical professional with demonstrated experience in High Voltage (HV) switching, project controls and electrical supervision, who is seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing and dynamic team. 

You will hold the following qualifications / licenses: 

• WA Electrical Licence.
• Current High Voltage (HV) Switching Qualification
• Provide First Aid (LVR/CPR).
• Construction White Card.
• Current Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing certifications.
• Section 26 (S26) certification or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights
