Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Electrical Supervisor to join our Coastal and West Pilbara Project team across Tom Price and Surrounds. The successful candidate will be assisting and advising our Dust Collector Project in Paraburdoo. Managing a team of 6-8 personnel, you will see yourself in a key leadership role, overseeing the supply and installation of a brand new collection and ventilation system for Rio Tinto. With an extensive pipeline of work following this, there is plenty of projects within the portfolio to expand your knowledge and develop your career. This is a casual opportunity on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Paraburdoo. If you are an established leader with sound knowledge of E&I brownfields projects, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality leadership to our electrical project crew and workforce
• Coordinate our electrical workforce on daily tasks to stay on track with project requirements
• Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest safety standards and quality
• Review and report on project progress alongside our senior leadership
• Effectively communicate with client representatives and uphold our professional relationships
• Advise on all electrical components of the project in line with client requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Valid WA Electrical License is mandatory
• s26 Certificate is mandatory
• Additional electrical certification such as high voltage or instrumentation is highly desirable
• Experience on Rio Tinto sites and compliance is highly desirable
• Knowledge and previous experience on brownfields E&I Projects is highly desirable
• Proven leadership and advisory skills, with a passion for development and team culture
• Ongoing record of meeting project deadlines and effective communication with site representatives
• Dedication to the safety of your crew and others
• Proof of Right to Work in Australia
