About the Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Projects Supervisor to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role forms part of the Engineering Projects Team, reports to the Electrical Projects Engineer, and operates on an 8:6 roster.
Your focus will be on leading the safe and effective delivery of electrical projects, ensuring works are executed efficiently and to standard through contractor and project coordination.
This is a 12-month maximum term contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning, scoping, estimating, and scheduling projects to support effective execution and delivery.
- Leading the safe and efficient delivery of electrical projects across HV, LV, and control systems.
- Managing and supervising electrical contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are met.
- Coordinating resources, permits, and cross-functional work with operations, maintenance, and HSEC teams.
- Providing electrical technical expertise to support operations, maintenance, and project decision-making.
- Driving risk management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across projects and plant systems.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor, including exposure to mineral processing plants and/or underground mining operations.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Electrical trade certificate.
- High Voltage Switching Operations (HVSO) qualification.
- First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue accreditation.
- Well versed in scoping and planning electrical works and projects.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems across HV distribution, instrumentation and control, and mineral processing.
- A current C-class manual driver’s licence.
