Electrical Project Engineer

About the Company

SECA Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join the team and support the successful delivery of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical estimating and cost control
• Manage project QA and documentation
• Track project progress and key deliverables
• Coordinate electrical procurement
• Assist with project planning and scheduling
• Review drawings and technical specifications
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Support variations, claims and project reporting
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Ensure quality and HSEQ requirements are maintained
• Identify project risks and support timely solutions
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

About You

We are looking for motivated professionals who take pride in their work, thrive in a team environment, and share our strong commitment to safety. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 5+ years' experience in Electrical Project Engineering or a similar role
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Strong electrical and technical knowledge
• Experience with estimating, QA, project tracking and procurement
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good commercial and cost awareness
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
