About the Role
As the Electrical Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of our electrical operations.
You'll lead a high-performing team of Supervisors, Coordinators and Electricians while working closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical operations across maintenance, shutdowns and project work.
- Manage and develop the Karratha-based electrical workforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 mining and resource clients.
- Ensure all work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Take ownership of operational budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Drive productivity, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Oversee workforce planning, mobilisation and resource allocation.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and support strategic initiatives.
About You
You're a proven operational leader who enjoys taking ownership, building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding client outcomes. To be successful, you'll have:
- Current WA Electrical Licence.
- Extensive operational leadership experience within mining, resources or heavy industry.
- Proven experience managing maintenance contracts, shutdowns and projects.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
- An uncompromising commitment to safety and operational excellence.
