High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Resources Team. Due to the nature of the role, the point of hire is required to be based in Perth and surrounding areas. This role is classified as a FIFO position with occasional Metro or Workshop posts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of design reports, testing, programming, and electrical design
• Testing, commissioning, and maintenance of High Voltage assets
• Performing shutdown works on mine sites in the Pilbara
• Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work
• Qualitative documentation - ITRs' and ITPs'
• Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance
• Experience in customer communications
• Commissioning experience

What you’ll bring:

• Good knowledge of power systems and high voltage testing principles
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management
• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Power Systems)
• Unrestricted WA Drivers Licence
• Right to work in Australia
