Electrical Construction Supervisor – Decarbonisation Project (FIFO 2:1)

Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor looking to be part of a large-scale decarbonisation program with a Tier 1 mining operator? This is your chance to work on a career-defining project helping transition major mining operations toward real zero emissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical contractors and work fronts
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
  • Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and documentation
  • Conduct pu nch list walkdowns and quality inspections
  • Manage isolations and HV systems
  • Interpret and review electrical drawings and project documentation
  • Support commissioning, handover and SIMOPS coordination
  • Drive field leadership, safety compliance and BMS adherence
  • Build strong relationships with site teams, stakeholders and contractors

Essential Requirements (MUST Have)

  • Section 26 (S26) – Statutory Supervisor qualification
  • WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • High Voltage Switching Certification
  • Minimum 10+ years electrical experience
  • At least 5 years in a Supervisory role within mining/construction
  • Proven experience with HV distribution systems (overhead & underground)
  • You must have full working rights in Australia.

Highly Regarded

  • Cert IV in Instrumentation
  • Experience with fibre and communications networks
  • Exposure to completions management systems
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, HS&E regulations and commissioning practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
