EEHA Electrician

Techforce is currently seeking experienced EEHA Construction Electricians for a major brownfields LNG project at Pluto LNG, Karratha.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure approximately 8 months of ongoing work on a major LNG project, working a 2:1 FIFO roster with strong earning potential.

• Base Rate: $65.21 per hour + penalties
• Interstate Flights included from any major capital city
• Equivalent Average Hourly Rate: Up to $93.61 per hour including project completion bonus
• Project Completion Bonus: $3.92 per hour worked, accrued and paid upon successful project completion
• Weekly Gross Wages: Approximately $7,629.51
• Redundancy: $84.73 per completed week of service
• R&R Location Allowance: 7.2 hours at the all-purpose rate, paid each roster cycle when returning to Day 1
• RDO Accrual: 0.8 hours per day Monday–Friday (4 hours per week)
• Roster: 2:1
• Monday–Friday: 11.5 paid hours
• Saturday & Sunday: 12 paid hours
• Project Duration: Approximately 8 months

LNG EEHA/Hazardous Areas Construction Project Works will be undertaken within a live LNG plant in a brownfields environment and include:

• Installation and movement of three large modules
• Installation and movement of three skids
• Large-bore piping installation
• Installation of two compressors
• Installation of a new switch room
• Electrical construction and installation works
• EEHA works within an operational LNG facility

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current Australian Electrical Licence
• EEHA certification valid within the last 5 years
• Proven experience as a Construction Electrician
• Previous LNG, oil & gas, mining or major construction Hazardous Areas Construction experience highly regarded
• Experience working in brownfields/live plant environments highly regarded
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work the full 2:1 FIFO roster
