We are seeking E&I Supervisors to support our ongoing portfolio of secured work across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
• Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
• Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
• Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
• Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently
• Coordinate & Delegate work to your crew

What you’ll bring:

• An Electrical trade qualification
• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
• Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
• An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
