As the E&I Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Site Execution Team by leading Electrical and Instrumentation activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of project works. This role is responsible for coordinating site operations, managing resources, driving safety performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual, company, and client requirements.
About the role
- FIFO 2:2 roster
- 12 hour workdays
- Major gas infrastructure project in Karratha
- Lead and coordinate Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules
- Manage workforce productivity, subcontractors, and site resources
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Support planning, execution, reporting, and project delivery objectives
- Foster a positive and high-performing team culture
About You:
- Electrical Trade Qualification and current Electrical Licence
- Current LV Rescue and CPR certification
- EEHA Qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a site-based supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities in a construction environment
- Sound planning, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working within a diverse and multicultural workforce
- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
