Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to support a major Turnaround on Curtis Island, Gladstone, commencing April 2026. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead turbine related electrical works on a high profile Oil & Gas project.

In this role, you will oversee electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration activities on gas turbine systems, while providing hands on leadership to your crew throughout the shutdown period.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervise E&I trades, apprentices and TAs performing turbine related maintenance, inspections and commissioning tasks.
• Oversee execution of electrical and instrumentation work scopes on turbine packages and associated systems.
• Coordinate daily work plans, allocate resources and ensure compliance with procedures, permits and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with client engineers and site representatives to plan tasks, resolve issues and maintain schedule.
• Drive high standards of quality, safety and performance across the E&I work front.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector (highly desirable).
• Proven experience in turbine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration.
• QLD Electrical Trade qualification and current electrical licence.
• Cert III in Electrical Instrumentation.
• Strong capability in planning, scheduling and managing resources.
• Proven ability to meet tight shutdown timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
