Job Description

Techforce Personnel is currently seeking experienced E&I Electricians / Instrumentation Technicians to join a large-scale mining project in the Pilbara. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the commissioning phase on a high-profile project

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and Instrumentation installation
  • Instrument calibration, loop checking and commissioning
  • Cable terminations and testing
  • Decommissioning
  • Installation and commissioning of field instrumentation
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings
  • Working safely within commissioning teams and shutdown environments

Tickets/Licenses

  • WA Electrical Licence
  • Cert 4 or Cert 3 in Instrumentation (preferred) or strong E&I experience
  • Current LVR/CPR
  • Working at Heights
  • Trade Certificate
  • Confined Space (desirable)
  • White Card
  • NPC - National Police Clerance - Within 6 months
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • Previous experience on mining construction and commissioning projects
