Drillers Offsider

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Drilling Offsider to join our team in Western Australia. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a close-knit crew on a Tier 1 mining operation. If you’re looking to build a long-term career in the drilling industry with solid training and progression opportunities, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Help move / clean drilling rigs and equipment from site to site
• Dig and clean mud pits and drains
• Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals and grout
• Assist in obtaining drilling samples, slotting, welding and inserting casing screens
• Operate equipment, such as pumps for air, water and mud
• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and cleaning

What You Bring:

• HR - B Drivers Licence - highly desired or willing to obtain
• 4wd Training
• First Aid / CPR
• Fire Training
• Previous offsiding / physical labouring experience
• National Police Clearance
• Must Reside in WA
• Aptitude for mechanics and able to handle machinery
• Physically fit
• Able to work as part of a team
