SRG Global Mining Services is seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our Drill & Blast team on a 7:7 Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) roster in Northern Queensland. The Role
SRG Global Mining Services is seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our Drill & Blast team on a 7:7 Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) roster in Northern Queensland. This residential opportunity is ideal for candidates living in the surrounding region who are committed to safety, delivering quality workmanship, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain Sandvik Pantera DP1500i (Top Hammer Blasthole Drill Rigs)
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs
- Service light vehicles and provide technical guidance
- Support and train SRG employees
- Work closely with OEMs and suppliers
You Will Need
- HR Divers License
- Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
Desirables
- Experience on: Sandvik Leopard, DP1500i Pantera
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- High Risk Work Licence - HRWL - DG (Dogman) or RB (Rigging)
