This privately operated site near Dajarra is part of a growing phosphate mining project focused on safe and efficient mineral processing. Due to increased operational demand, they are currently seeking an experienced Dozer/Grader Operator to join their team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dozer/Grader Operator to provide coverage across two upcoming swings on an 8/6 roster. Working 12-hour shifts, you will be responsible for operating both dozers and graders in a production mining environment, supporting daily mining activities and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Required swing dates:

• 07/10 - 14/10
• 21/10 - 28/10

FIFO options are available from Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated production mining experience operating both Dozers and Graders
• RII qualifications for Dozer and Grader
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to complete a police check
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
