About the Role

This is a DIDO role with camp accommodation and meals supplied for those living outside Moranbah. The role is a 7/7 rotating roster with 12-hour days.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dozer operators on a coal stockpile and step into supervisory duties as required
• Ensure effective operation of plant to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenance
• Maintain a safe work environment and be committed to adhering and promoting a strong safety culture
• Comply with site Safety & health Management System policies, procedures, and work practices
• Communicate with operators and other personnel to coordinate operations
• Re-fuelling and general machine inspections
• Adherence to all site and company policies and procedures

About You / Requirements

• Relevant RII's or mining competencies signed off within the last 5 years
• Previous experience in the operation of Dozers, including on stockpiles
• Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisor role
• Current Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
