About the Company
Join a well-established bauxite mining operation located in Far North Queensland. Operating in one of Australia's largest bauxite regions, this site offers a supportive team environment, modern equipment, and a balanced 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster. FIFO options are available from Cairns and Townsville, with meals and accommodation provided on site.
About the Role
As an experienced Dozer Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining production targets and supporting mining operations in a bauxite mining environment. You will be responsible for operating dozers safely and efficiently while working as part of a high-performing production team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dozers in mining, quarry, or bauxite operations
- Proven experience operating tracked and/or civil construction dozers
- Current RIIMPO323E – Conduct Civil Construction Dozer Operations
- Current RIIMPO308F – Conduct Tracked Dozer Operations
- Other RII Tickets that would be beneficial - Excavator, Loader and Articulated Haul Truck
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Ability to work day and night shifts on a 15/13 Roster
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check
