What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing Dispatch and supporting Mine Monitoring & Control functions to maximise fleet utilisation, support production targets, and ensure effective communication between operational departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Running daily fleet dispatch operations and coordinating haulage activities
• Optimising fleet allocation to support the mine plan and production targets
• Monitoring and responding to production delays and operational interruptions
• Supporting Mining, Maintenance, CHPP, and Technical Services teams through effective communication
• Validating operational data and ensuring accurate system reporting
• Supporting operators in the use of fleet management and mine monitoring systems
• Promoting safe and efficient operation of heavy mobile equipment across site
• Maintaining Mine Monitoring and Control functions in line with site procedures

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in Mining Dispatch, Mine Monitoring, Fleet Management Systems, or Production Mining Operations
• Strong understanding of load and haul operations and heavy mobile equipment in a mining environment
• Experience using Modular Dispatch or similar Fleet Management Systems (highly regarded)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple mining systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Mining, Maintenance, CHPP, and Technical Services teams
• Ability to remain calm and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
• Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 &Coal Board Medical
• Current Resume
• Highly Regarded:
  • Modular Mining Certification Level 1
  • SAP experience
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Linux, GPS technologies, and mine monitoring systems
  • Knowledge of mining dispatch terminology including haul routes, delays, hot seating, CHPP operations, fleet allocation, and production reporting
