About the Company
Unite Resourcing has been engaged by our renowned Client to source Experienced Chefs for fulltime positions in multiple villages in the Gunnedah Basin approximately 6 hours northwest from Sydney. About the Role
We are looking for experienced and qualified Chefs who have proven experience in production/bulk cooking. In this role, you will take charge of preparing, cooking, and serving top-notch cuisine according to predefined menus and operational guidelines. With a keen emphasis on timeliness, presentation, and delivering exceptional, courteous customer service to both guests and fellow staff members. - Fulltime positions consist of ongoing rotating rosters such as 5 days on, 2 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off - may vary per village.
- The positions are drive in drive out.
- You may be required to work a combination of day and night shift.
Successful candidates will receive:
- Competitive Salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum + Superannuation

About You / Requirements
- Australian Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- National Police Clearance
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screens
- Good communication skills
- Relevant experience in production/bulk cooking
The role will also require previous experience in the following
- Experience in high volume, fast paced kitchens
- Capability to work under pressure and adapt
- Demonstrated experience working well in teams
- Willingness to assist in staff training when required
- Competence in batch cooking across all service offerings
- Remote work experience - advantageous
