DIDO All Round Operator

Scotford Fennessy is partnering with our client to recruit experienced Operators to join their established production crew. This is a great opportunity to work across large-scale mining equipment on a 2:2 day and night shift roster.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of an experienced production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy mobile mining equipment to meet production targets.

Equipment includes:

• Hitachi EX1200, EX2600 and EX3600 Excavators
• CAT 785 Dump Trucks
• CAT D10T, CAT 844K and CAT 854K Dozers
• CAT 16M and 16H Graders
• Komatsu WA900, CAT 992 and CAT 988 Loaders

Operators with experience across multiple machines will be highly regarded.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proven open-cut mining experience
• Experience operating large-scale production mining equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to complete pre-starts and identify and report hazards or defects
• Ability to follow site procedures, instructions and traffic management requirements
• Reliable work ethic and strong team attitude
• Willingness to operate other equipment when required
