DIDO Admin/ Utility role 14/7 with RMS experience - Mackay/ Bowen Basin Region

The Roles:

• Previous remote village/camp administration and reservations experience
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with RMS
• Managing high-volume accommodation bookings, amendments and cancellations
• Guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and movements
• Occupancy reporting and maintaining accurate reservation records
• Experience liaising with clients, contractors and site personnel
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy reservations workload
• Previous RMS and remote village reservations experience will be a key requirement for this role,
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Availability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off).
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts each day.
• Maintain a strict record keeping, health and hygiene standards and systems.
• Ability to travel into/ out from site at own expense.

We’re looking for candidates with:  

• At least 2 years of experience working in remote mine-site villages or workforce camps with RMS experience
• Hands-on excellent customer services and willing to jump in at anytime to assist the operation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment.

To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:  

• Must have an Australian Open Driver's License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
• Have a recent National Police Check (within 1 month).
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Have a current Food Safety Certificate or willing to complete our free online food safety certificate
• Have a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain your own
