As the Customer Support Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for customers; handling enquiries, tracking orders, sourcing parts and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Think fast-paced, team-driven and all about delivering a great customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Process orders, quotes and parts sales.
• Track deliveries and chase up orders.
• Source parts (including tricky backorders).
• Work with teams across the business to get the job done.

What we are looking for

• Experience in customer service or admin.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
• Experience with systems (SAP / CRM / ERP) is a bonus.
