About the Role
The Opportunity: Join us as a Customer Support Representative, where you'll become the go-to expert in parts sales, orders, deliveries, and warehousing. Even if you currently don’t have the skillset, we will train you with Specific Komatsu OEM Training. We're seeking an exceptional team member who'll be the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries, ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction. To thrive in this role, you'll be able to excel in pressure situations, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive outlook, driving our operations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert in parts sales, orders, deliveries, and warehousing.
- Be the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Thrive in pressure situations, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive outlook to drive operations seamlessly.
- Participate in training (Komatsu OEM Training) as needed.
About You / Requirements
- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated resilience and composure in pressure situations
- Ability to work as an active team member and without supervision
- Flexibility to work the hours required to meet the needs of the business
- Commitment to safety for yourself and others
- Intermediate computer skills

Roster / Location
- Roster: Monday to Friday + on call for some weekends
