About the Role

Workshop Crane Operator

Monadelphous is seeking a Workshop Crane Operator to safely operate overhead cranes within the workshop, lifting, moving, and positioning heavy mining equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of overhead cranes within the workshop
• Lifting, moving, and positioning heavy mining equipment and components
• Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment safety standards
• Working closely with tradespeople, supervisors, and workshop staff
• Following site safety procedures and company policies at all times

About You / Requirements

• Current Overhead / Open Crane Licence
• Current High Risk Work Licence with Rigging and Dogging classes
• Previous experience working in a workshop, mining, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and load control
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications & Certifications

• Overhead Crane Licence
• Open Crane Licence
• High Risk Work Licence (Rigging and Dogging)
