Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute underground development and production activities in line with project plans and targetsSupport short- and long-term planning, scheduling, and forecasting to optimise project deliveryTrack and report on project performance, including productivity, costs, and timelinesEnsure compliance with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and company proceduresWork closely with Superintendents, Supervisors, and underground crews to drive efficient and safe outcomesPrepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and progress updatesIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performanceAssist with resource coordination, including labour, equipment, and materialsPromote a strong safety culture and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Qualifications

About YouDegree-qualified in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineProven experience in underground mining environments, ideally across development and productionStrong understanding of project planning, cost control, and contract managementConfident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with site teams and stakeholdersResults-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementDemonstrated commitment to safety leadership and complianceAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and delivering outcomes on time
