An established Western Australia–based gold is seeking a Corporate Services Administrator to join its corporate team in Perth.
This is a hands-on, generalist corporate support role suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys variety and responsibility. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role supports the smooth operation of Corporate Services across multiple group entities during an active build and growth phase.
This is not a traditional EA role focused on supporting one executive. Instead, it is a broad-based position providing practical support across office coordination, administration, IT liaison, HR logistics, and executive and Board support.
Your new role
The Corporate Services Administrator plays a critical role in enabling day-to-day corporate operations and supporting senior leadership. You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller, COO, and Leadership Team, providing accurate, timely, and confidential support across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate daily office operations, facilities, supplies, and service providers
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and couriers
- Document Management
- Coordinate and service Board, management, and internal meetings (agendas, minutes, action registers)
- Organise domestic travel and accommodation in line with company policy
- Manage reception, visitors, site access, and inductions
- Deliver time-critical administrative tasks and special projects as required

Executive & Board Support
- Provide diary and inbox support to senior executives as required
- Format Board papers, presentations, and management reports
- Coordinate Board meetings and packs
- Draft routine internal and external communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Finance, IT and HR Support
- Coordinate expense claims, corporate cards, procurement workflows, and vendor onboarding
- Support implementation of systems, policies, and process improvements across corporate functions
- Act as primary liaison with outsourced IT provider; coordinate user onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain IT assets, licences, and provide basic Microsoft 365 and Office IT support
- Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding, leave tracking, and maintain HR records
- Manage FIFO travel, accommodation logistics, and WHS training and certification registers
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced corporate administrator who enjoys being relied upon and working across multiple functions. You are structured, accurate, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate administration, office coordination, or business support
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Confidence supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information
- Experience in mining, resources, construction, or professional services highly regarded
