Corporate Affairs - Marketing Administrator

About the Role

You provide high-level administration support to the Community area and the Senior Leadership Team. You manage meeting coordination for government officials and senior leaders. You support corporate affairs tasks, including social media activity. You plan, coordinate, and attend events. You handle reception work, data entry, and general administration.

This is a six-month temp role with the option for potential extension.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Social media management experience
• Event management experience
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the mining industry or a similar sector
• Must live in Darwin due to the roster
• Able to work FIFO and on site Monday to Thursday, with Friday in the Darwin office
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 5D, 2R, 4D, 3R roster
