Liontown Resources

Perth, WA
Office

Job Description

About the Company

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset, and we're now building on that foundation through a significant staged underground expansion.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead – WHS Systems & Support, this role coordinates and administers Liontown's WHS management systems, reporting and documentation. You'll work closely with the Lead to support accurate, accessible and compliant WHS data across the business, taking on moderately complex systems coordination activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of WHS systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Liontown's WHS management software systems, including safety, medical and training platforms
  • Develop WHS reporting tools that give clear visibility of trends, completion status and compliance gaps
  • Maintain document control for WHS procedures, forms, registers and templates, ensuring version control and accessibility
  • Support leaders and team members across the business with WHS system access, functionality and troubleshooting
  • Escalate complex system issues to the Lead – WHS Systems & Support or vendor as required
  • Identify and recommend improvements to templates, workflows and reporting outputs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience administering WHS or other business software systems used for compliance, training or incident reporting
  • Experience preparing reporting and data analysis for a range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and accuracy
  • Sound understanding of WHS systems, reporting and document control requirements
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Why Liontown

At Liontown, you'll join a team that's helping power the clean energy future. Our culture is built on people who take ownership, look out for each other, and are proud of what they're building together. This is a permanent position based at our Perth head office, and you'll also have access to:

  • The opportunity to build genuine influence over WHS systems and reporting standards, not just administer them
  • Access to and mentoring from experienced WHS leaders, with a clear path to grow your career as Liontown matures
  • Recognition and reward, including performance incentives
  • A competitive salary package, reflective of the specialist skills this role demands
  • Access to health and fitness discount partners across Australia
  • Generous leave entitlements, including enhanced parental leave for primary and secondary carers
  • Genuine investment in professional development, including support for further study and technical training
  • A collaborative, safety-first culture where your voice and technical judgement carry real weight
