We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Production Coordinators to join our Production teams across the Pilbara Mine Operations. Working closely with Supervisors, you’ll help coordinate safe and effective production execution while building strong working relationships across the operation.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on in the field, thrives in a fast‑paced open‑pit environment, and is motivated by helping teams perform at their best. You’ll actively reinforce safe work practices, support delivery against mine plans, and contribute to consistent outcomes across safety, cost and production.

Frontline leadership support is critical to how we operate. In this role, you’ll be trusted to influence positive behaviours, support team engagement and help create a work environment where people feel safe, supported and accountable. You’ll be backed by structured leadership development and rosters designed to help you balance work, family and community commitments.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor and working within a collaborative mine operations team, you will:

  • Support Supervisors to lead safe and effective production activities across the operation
  • Promote safety awareness and safe work practices to drive consistent performance and innovation
  • Coordinate production activities in line with mine plans and operational priorities
  • Provide frontline leadership support to operational teams, fostering engagement and accountability
  • Liaise with other departments to enable efficient delivery of production outcomes
  • Ensure work management practices are followed in line with business standards and procedures

About you

  • A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Demonstrated experience across mining load and haul and development activities
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating operational teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
