Contracts Administrator

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking Contracts Administrators to join our Projects Division working FIFO on multiple Projects. You will be responsible for:

• Ensure accurate capture of labour, equipment, materials, and supporting documentation for variation and claim purposes
• Coordinating with site leadership to identify and record out-of-scope or unplanned works, ensuring all related hours and activities are properly documented
• Assisting with the preparation, review and distributing project reports by ensuring accurate capture of scope works, variations, delays, and client-directed provisional sum activities
• Work closely with Contracts Specialists on scope of works, subcontractor documentation and compliance, and assisting with variations, notices, and contractual correspondence

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Confident communicating with various levels of stakeholders, verbally and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with the ability to produce accurate reporting
• Commercial and contractual understanding, including the ability to identify out-of-scope works
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding site environments
• Experience working with contractors in the mining/resources sector and across office and site environments (desirable)
