Monadelphous is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Admin to support anticipated E&I projects across our Engineering & Construction division. This exciting opportunity may be Perth-based or FIFO (likely 2:1 roster) depending on project award and mobilisation requirements.
You’ll work closely with Project and Business Unit leaders to drive commercial outcomes across the full contract lifecycle, supporting delivery on complex resources and infrastructure scopes. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making - setting priorities, driving projects forward, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end contract administration across E&I project scopes
- Procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management
- Claims, variations, EOTs through to completion and closeout
- Manage RFIs, TQs, SIs, Change Orders and POs efficiently
- Post-award contract management and commercial reporting
What you’ll bring:
- Right to work permanently in Australia
- At least 3-5 years of Contracts experience, ideally within the resources sector working for Tier 1 Contractors
- Extensive experience with SMP, E&I, bringing technical know-how and strategic oversight to every project.
- Demonstrate an understanding of current contract law, relevant legislation and its application to the mining and oil and gas industries
- Strong understanding of various contract models (lump sum, cost reimbursable, schedule of rates, Joint Venture etc)
- Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying would be highly advantageous but not essential
