Contract Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Administration Assistant to join our VIC Schoolsteam on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover). Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting contract operations, financial administration, compliance requirements and reporting activities that help deliver high-quality outcomes for our Education PPP contracts.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Providing administrative support across contract operations and maintenance activities
• Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and supporting accounts reconciliation activities
• Maintaining subcontractor records, contractor compliance registrations and related documentation
• Coordinating monthly and quarterly performance reporting activities
• Supporting payroll, data entry, contract systems administration and general office functions

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in contracts administration, contracts administration support
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Customer service and stakeholder engagement experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and organisational capabilities
• A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn new systems
