About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Corporate Bravus Team, based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Commercial Category Manager, you will be responsible for proving high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Commercial team across our entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain commercial documents, contracts and records
  • Manage supplier interactions to ensure contracts are followed, issues are resolved quickly, and performance standards are met.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Commercial Category Managers
  • Assist in the development and execution of category and sourcing plans
  • Coordinate RFQs, tenders and supplier documentation end-to-end
  • Monitor contract milestones, expiries and performance deliverables
  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including amendments and close-out
  • Prepare reporting on spend, performance and savings outcomes

About You

  • Understanding of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and contract conditions
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Willing to travel to site locations from time to time as required

Desirable

  • Experience in mining, rail, infrastructure or heavy industry
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office suite (or similar ERP and contract management systems)
  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
