Pearl Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial Outdoor Construction Tradesperson to join our client, a fast-growing company specialising in commercial outdoor construction and landscape projects across the Perth Metro region. This is a long-term opportunity offering variety, stability, and genuine career progression for the right candidate.
Details:
- Wangara office + Perth Metro locations (various sites)
- $50 - $55 per hour + super + penalties
- On-going stable work with opportunity for progression
- Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm + regular overtime
The Role:
- Brick paving
- General carpentry works
- Building retaining walls (limestone & brick blockwork)
- Fencing installation
- General landscape construction
- Prepare, form and finish various concrete applications
- External and internal non-structural demolition (brickwork, sheds, concrete, etc.)
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial landscape or outdoor construction

Trade qualification in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Concreting in other similar construction field

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport (ideally HR, MR or manual)

Construction White Card

National Police Clearance within the last 12 months & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Physically fit and capable of hands-on construction work, with the ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans

Strong attention to detail and reliability, with a sound understanding of WHS requirements including SWMS and JSEA documentation

Excavator, skid steer or EWP ticket (advantageous)
