Pearl Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial Outdoor Construction Tradesperson to join our client, a fast-growing company specialising in commercial outdoor construction and landscape projects across the Perth Metro region. This is a long-term opportunity offering variety, stability, and genuine career progression for the right candidate.

Details:

  • Wangara office + Perth Metro locations (various sites)
  • $50 - $55 per hour + super + penalties
  • On-going stable work with opportunity for progression
  • Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm + regular overtime

The Role:

  • Brick paving
  • General carpentry works
  • Building retaining walls (limestone & brick blockwork)
  • Fencing installation
  • General landscape construction
  • Prepare, form and finish various concrete applications
  • External and internal non-structural demolition (brickwork, sheds, concrete, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial landscape or outdoor construction

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Concreting in other similar construction field

  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport (ideally HR, MR or manual)

  • Construction White Card

  • National Police Clearance within the last 12 months & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Physically fit and capable of hands-on construction work, with the ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability, with a sound understanding of WHS requirements including SWMS and JSEA documentation

  • Excavator, skid steer or EWP ticket (advantageous)
