Construction Supervisor (HV)

About the Role

• Roster: 2/1 | Site-based role | Major HV Infrastructure Projects You’ll take ownership of on-site construction activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across multiple work fronts
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
• Drive productivity, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site safety engagement
• Conduct inspections and verify completed works
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery
• Build strong working relationships across site and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on infrastructure or major projects
• Background in transmission lines, utilities, or heavy civil construction highly regarded
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Solid understanding of construction processes, quality, and controls
• Confident managing teams, priorities, and site pressures
