$120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Take Home Vehicle + Fuel
Perth Metro Projects with Long-Term Pipeline of Work
This role suits an experienced tiler ready to step into leadership, or an established Leading Hand looking for a more structured company. Our client is a commercial and residential tiling company that delivers high-quality wall and floor tiling solutions across various projects.
Job Duties:
- Lead a team of tilers across well-organized commercial sites, with support from Project Managers and established systems in place
- Ensure tiling works meet drawings, specs, and timelines
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Communicate with Project Managers to keep projects on track

Requirements:
- Strong commercial construction background (with tiling experience preferred)
