About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisor to support the delivery of a major Early Works project.

You will be involved across the following major packages:

  • Haul Roads – Significant earthworks (civil experience highly regarded)
  • Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) – Workshops, office buildings, and supporting infrastructure
  • Powerline Relocation – Coordination and management of critical services
  • Dewatering – Large-scale and technically complex water management

Key Responsibilities As Construction Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving delivery excellence, including:

  • Providing on-site contractor management and engagement, fostering strong working relationships
  • Actively coaching and influencing contractors to drive performance and outcomes
  • Taking ownership of work packages, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost targets
  • Delivering clear, accurate reporting and feedback to senior leadership
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Overseeing quality through Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and maintaining capital efficiency
  • Supporting delivery in line with project milestones and construction schedules

About You We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong civil / earthworks experience(highly desirable)
  • Proven ability in contractor management within large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing site teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Experience working with ITPs, QA/QC processes, and compliance frameworks
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
